Pricing
Simple, flat pricing.
No sales calls.
Every other certificate tracking product asks you to book a demo before it will tell you what it costs. Ours is on this page. Pick a tier, start free, and upgrade when your vendor count grows past it.
Annual billing saves two months. Start on Free and upgrade as you grow.
A vendor is any subcontractor, supplier, or service provider you collect insurance from — not your entire vendor list. Most teams track far fewer of these than their total accounts, so these counts go further than they look.
What every plan
includes.
Plans differ by how many vendors you track, not by which features you get. The chase loop is the product; it is not an upgrade.
Tokenized upload links (no vendor login)
The full chase loop with automatic reminders
Agent escalation when a sub goes quiet
Renewal requests before every expiration
AI certificate review with a human review queue
Document inbox and library
Projects and jobs
Team members with roles
Complete audit trail
No per-user pricing.
Invite your whole team — owner, admin, member, or read-only viewer — at no additional cost. You are billed on vendors tracked, not seats filled.
Questions
Answered plainly.
- What counts as a vendor?
- Any subcontractor, supplier, or service provider you collect insurance from. It is not your whole vendor list. Most teams track far fewer of these than their total accounts.
- What happens when I reach my vendor limit?
- CertCove stops you from adding a vendor beyond your plan's limit and prompts you to upgrade. Nothing already in your account is removed or locked, and no work in progress is interrupted.
- Do my subcontractors have to pay, or create an account?
- Neither. Vendors receive a secure link, upload from any device, and never create a login. You are the only one who pays.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Move up or down as your vendor count changes.
- What does annual billing save?
- Two months. An annual plan costs the same as ten months of monthly billing.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free tier tracks three vendors with the full chase loop, and does not ask for payment details.
