CertCove is built by Salish Studios LLC. The established certificate-of-insurance platforms are made for large enterprises, sold through sales calls, and priced behind a quote form. The small general contractor with thirty subcontractors — the one who gets charged at their own insurance audit for a sub who could not produce a certificate — has been left with email threads and a spreadsheet.
We built the tool for them. Request a certificate, and the vendor uploads it through a secure link with no account to create. We read it, check it against your requirements, and chase the renewal before it lapses. The paperwork runs itself.
